Danielle N. Waros, Esq. is an experienced attorney assisting clients with a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements, protection from abuse, and collaborative cases.
Danielle attended The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in International Business. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Danielle was a certified legal intern for the University of Pittsburgh’s Elder Law Clinic and served as a managing editor on the Pittsburgh Tax Review. She earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for receiving the highest grades in her family law and criminal law courses and had an article published in the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Upon graduation, she was awarded the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Family Law Award for her exceptional performance in family law as a law student.
Danielle interned for Judge Arnold Klein and Judge Robert Gallo in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas Family and Criminal Divisions. She also held multiple internships at one of the world’s largest custodian banks and asset servicing companies. Following graduation, Danielle gained experience working for a large public accounting firm where she focused her practice in tax law consulting and tax aspects surrounding merger and acquisition deals. Danielle’s experience in family law and background in finance and taxation allow her to better serve clients when assisting with support matters and asset distribution.
Danielle is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of Western Pennsylvania. Outside of the courtroom, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.
