Ms. Bendik has been specializing in family law for over a decade, with an all-encompassing practice covering areas such as equitable distribution, custody, spousal and child support, protection from abuse claims, adoptions, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.  She has extensive trial experience, but also works to resolve cases in a manner that is always mindful of the financial and emotional cost. Ms. Bendik is a certified Collaborative Law Attorney and mediator.  Ms. Bendik has been honored with being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2013.  She is active in both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Sections, and is a Council Member of both.  She sits on the Executive Board of Angels’ Place, Inc., St. Bernard’s Athletic Board, is a Fellow with the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, and was a former foster parent.  Ms. Bendik received her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
